Busiate is a traditional pasta from Trapani (Sicilia).

The characteristic shape is given by rolling the pasta around a 'Busa', thin rod of grass.

Here at Foglia Di Fico, we craft our Busiate following the traditional method. 

Made by our hands, one by one, with local organic eggs.


Although Busiate is traditionally served with 'Pesto alla Trapanese', it is also ideal with rich braised meat ragu', or simply with your best olive oil.
